BC Events Décor and Services

  BC Events provides a full range of professional event decorating services. We create the dramatic, the whimsical, the romantic and the fanciful. Events we decorate include trade shows and conventions, theme parties, weddings and mitzvahs, awards shows and concerts, proms and homecomings. We create spectacular décor for entries, stages, dance floors, tables, blank walls and even empty air space. We can turn the most ordinary ballroom or deserted convention hall into anything you dream of!

  Theme Props – We have a number of themed props in our warehouse. These include a Blue Light Lounge Setup, Palm Trees and Tiki Huts, Art Décor Light Columns, Street Lamps, a Covered Wagon and Saloon Front, Night Club Entry Décor, a Life Guard Chair, Mardi Gras Masks, Lighted Ficas Trees, Art Décor Panels, Red Carpet with silver Stanchions and red Velvet Ropes.

  Balloon Decorating –We originally began our company as a balloon decorating company. We create everything from balloon arches to elaborate sculptures, drops and releases to exploding confetti balloons. Balloons are fantastic for decorating very large venues on a reasonable budget. You dream it and we can create it with balloons.

  Ballroom Lighting – We have lighting sufficient for most ballroom décor, including dramatic up-lighting, exciting moving spotlights, theme lighting such as stars thrown on a ballroom wall or ceiling or one of our large fabric panels. For our larger events we work with reputable lighting companies to provide any lighting effects you need.

  Fabric Decor – We decorate with a number of fabric and draping materials. We drape tents and ballrooms. We add fabric to a number of our prop and balloon designs for a soft, romantic effect as well.

  Specialty Linens – We work with several of the finest national linen companies to provide a complete range of table linens, chair covers and bows, napkins, etc. From simple color washes to elaborate silk striped sheers and themed prints. We rent your linens, provide complete setup services and return services.

  Custom Centerpieces – We create custom centerpieces in every imaginable theme. We also create coordinating buffet pieces. Some of our centerpieces actually include lights, rotating bases and glow bases for incredible effects.

  Custom Signage – We can provide reproductions of your company logo or event theme for use with props or balloon designs. We have specialized tools for producing large “die cut” signs from your artwork. We also work with a local printer to produce high quality signs and banners.

  Confetti Cannons – We have several confetti cannons that will shoot confetti up to 40 feet. The Flutter Fetti confetti that we use has a long “hang” time for maximum impact. We also sell hand held Fetti Flingers for your guests.
